Introduction:
 This is a great introductory
tour into the traditional life of the villages of Europe's last frontier;
Maramures. The way of life here will bring you back 100's of years, as you
explore the wooden churches and small village life in an area basically
untouched by modern civilization.
Your tour starts in Cluj-Napoca, as your English speaking guide will pick you up
from the arrivals level of the airport. After 1 night in Cluj we depart the city, and head
straight to the northern Province of Maramures. The next 4 days will be spent in and around
the Village of Viseu and Sighet, visiting the famed wooden churches of the area,
and experiencing the small town life that is so appealing to many travelers
wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
