Day by Day Itinerary:
Day 1:
ROUTING: BUCHAREST - TULCEA
- Your English-Speaking driver/guide will pick you up from the Airport or hotel in Bucharest and transfer you to Tulcea
- Tonight enjoy a welcome dinner and an orientation to get to know each other
- Overnight in Crisan village

Day 2:
ROUTING: TULCEA - DANUBE DELTA - LITCOV CANAL - CRISAN CANAL
- During our time on the canal you will have the opportunity for some great bird watching, such birds as king fisher, purple heron, squacco heron, night heron, roller, little and great egrets, hoopoo, and pelicans
- Arrival to Crisan village, situated along the Danube, "A Bird Paradise"
- Breakfast in hotel in Tulcea, lunch on board boat, dinner in guesthouse.
- Overnight in Crisan village

Day 3:
ROUTING: CRISAN CANAL - CARAORMAN VILLAGE - CROSSING LAKE PUIU - LAKE PUIULET - LAKE ROSU - LAKE ROSULET - SULINA
- Prepare your eyes for a huge day of bird watching!
- Sulina is situated to 5km from the Danube, tonight you will be staying in a very old house where a very know Romanian writer lived: Jean Bart
- Sulina is a romantic old town, Sites to see include; the Turkish light tower, and the international cemetery
- During the trip we will cross the biggest of the Danube Delta lakes. Bird species include herons, grey head woodpecker, little bittern, dalmatian pelicans, white pelicans, terns

Day 4:
ROUTING: SULINA - MILA 23 VILLAGE
- This day offers a very interesting itinerary, crossing lakes, channels, the Danube, and floating islands.
- Accommodation in Mila 23, a fishing village located in the wildest area of the Danube Delta. Mila 23 is a interesting fisherman village, situated in the middle of the Danube Delta. Usually in the morning pelicans can been seen just meters away from the houses...
- A good day to see glossy ibis, spoonbills, pelicans, rollers, white tailed eagle and more different species of birds as red footed falcon or black woodpeacker.
- Accommodation in a very nice guest house, the family offers a great meal.

Day 5:
ROUTING: MILA 23 - LOPATNA CANAL - HERACLE CANAL - BATAG MONASTERY - BABINA LAKE - MILA 23
- Today we will see Batag Monastery, a beautiful monastery built in the middle of the water, in a wild place.
- The monastery of Batag was built 10 years before, is situated in a very wild place, between two villages. On the way to the monastery we will have a chance to see flocks of rollers, all herons, birds of prey, pelican in very big groups.

Day 6:>
ROUTING: MILA 23 - OLGUTZA CANAL -SONTEA CANAL - SIREASA CANAL - FORTUNA LAKE - BACLANESTI LAKE - NEBUNU LAKE -TULCEA
- A huge day for birdwatching and breathtaking landscapes!
- Return to Tulcea passing some of the best landscapes of the area, beautiful lakes, an abundance of birds, this day is one of the best highlights of the trip.
- Pelicans, falcons, herons, grebes, all birds will be in a great number
- Afternoon free for shopping and visit the town.
- Dinner in TRIDENT restaurant, our official restaurant, the best in Tulcea.

Day 7:
ROUTING: TULCEA - MACIN MOUNTAINS - TULCEA
- Macin are the oldest mountains of Europe. Beautiful landscapes, amazing scenery, very rare plants and birds (eg. Oenanthe pleschanka). Enjoy a full day walking these trails with many opportunities for bird watching

- Accommodation in Tulcea.

ROUTING: TULCEA â“ VADU - HISTRIA - BATAG
- One of the most important day for bird watching.
- Histria hosts an important number of bird species, especially pratincole, pelicans, ducks, bird of prey, etc.
- Accommodation in Babadag, in a very nice guest house, situated in Babadag forest.
